Fly in residential, commercial, industrial, or, recreational areas.
Fly for commercial purposes, but ONLY when holding insurance that meets EC785/2004.

Consider taking the UK Civil Aviation Authority 'FLYER ID' test.
Consider 3rd party public liability insurance.
